The project is located in the corner of the university campus. Due to the terrain and imperfect drainage system, the problem of water accumulation in summer is becoming more and more serious. When it rains in summer, the water often overflows the walls and cannot be discharged well. In recent years, the school staff have taken some measures to prevent rainwater from entering the interior, such as raising the threshold of the building, building steps outside the building, etc. However, this problem can not be solved perfectly, as a result make the users of the building feel more inconvenient.
In the reprogramming of this project, I try to solve the drainage problem of the original site in a sustainable and ecological way. By digging the reservoir and laying the wooden plank road, people who enter the site can get a new experience. At the same time, the building is no longer affected by rain, but also protected.
